Thank you for choosing Quick Plates for your replacement number plate needs. As all plates are made specifically to your order, this policy explains how cancellations, refunds and quality issues are handled.
All Quick Plates products are made specifically to your order and registration details. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are generally exempt from cancellation rights once production has started.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
1. Personalised products and cancellations
All number plates supplied by Quick Plates are manufactured specifically to your order and registration details.
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or made-to-order products are generally exempt from cancellation rights.
If production has not yet started, we may be able to amend or cancel an order at our discretion. Please contact us as quickly as possible if changes are required.
2. Order confirmation
Before placing an order, please carefully review your product selections, customisation details and delivery information.
- Double-check your registration number.
- Confirm plate sizes and style selections.
- Check materials, borders and badges.
- Ensure your delivery address is correct.
3. Faults and quality issues
We take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and where appropriate may provide a replacement, repair, refund or alternative resolution.
4. Order changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Where production has not yet begun we will attempt to accommodate changes wherever possible.
Once manufacturing has started, amendments or cancellations may no longer be possible.
